July saw the launch of ‘Ginny’, the third Pasco’s ‘P23’, designed by Bob Edwards and Hugh Noott. This sea-worthy and attractive motor-launch continues a long tradition of building hand-crafted vessels in St Just Creek.
After the completion of ‘Jessie’ built in wood in 2015 a mould was taken and ‘Sagittarius A’, built in GRP, followed in 2016. The launch of ‘Ginny’ was a joyful occasion to which the new owner invited all the yard staff to join him, his wife and other guests in seeing this fine vessel launched into her life afloat. She has been seen out on many occasions since the launch being enjoyed by the new owner and his family and will continue to be moored in the creek and maintained by the yard. We all wish her well.
